Geração SOMA classes > April and May

Vo'Arte and CiM - Dance Company will promote Geração SOMA classes that will be held on Academia da Estrela during April and May, every Friday from 5pm till 7pm.

These classes of artistic practices to social inclusion are targeted to children and teens from 6 to 16 years old, with or without special educational needs and aim to raise awareness to the importance of Art as a tool to fight social exclusion, discover and develop new skills and transposition of limits and boundaries!

Art in Movement > Museu Nacional do Teatro e da Dança

Within the educational project of Vo'Arte 20 Anos, the CiM - Dance Company will promote workshops on inclusive artistic practices directed to children and young people, in partnership with the National Museum of Theater and Dance. The workshops aim to raise awareness of the importance of art as a tool in combating social exclusion and discovering new skills, through the exploration of new strategies and integration approaches at artistic, pedagogical, therapeutic and social level. The first takes place on April 21 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Open for subscriptions!

CiM Audition> European Project Sign + Sound Theatre

CiM - Dance Company opens an audition within the European Sign + Sound Theatre project which aims to promote an accessible culture, exploring new ways of producing inclusive art, for an inclusive audience, namely through the technique Innovative Bilingual Theater (IBT) - Simultaneous interpretation in sign language. Registration open until 9 April.

CiM Open Classes > April, May and June

Within the 20 years of Vo'Arte, CiM - Dance Company promotes a series of classes open to the community of professionals and students of performing arts with and without disabilities who are interested in experimenting or deepening knowledge in the area of ​​Inclusive Dance and know the work of CiM.

The classes will take place in the venue CiM/Lar Militar da Cruz Vermelha in April, May and June  from 10am to 12.30am and will be directed by the choreographers and dancers Ana Santos Novo, Bernardo Gama and Diana Bastos Niepce, the director Pedro Sena Nunes and the photographer Henrique Frazão.
